Publisher: Cassell, Petter & Galpin, exact date unknown, but one of the earliest editions with Dore illustrations. No later than 1890.
Condition: Hardcover, huge book. Leather spine and corners, marbled boards, significant wear to edges, top 2″ or so of spine separated from front board, cover marbling peeling off, but very good interior, magnificent full-page illustrations of Dore.
